About Payment Terms and Conditions: 

1. In case of collection of item from our office: 50% deposit needs to be paid to reserve your item. The balance can be paid at the time of collection of the item from our office.

2. In case of door step delivery: 100% payment needs to be done at the time of placing the order. The shipping charges will vary depending upon the size and destination of the parcel. Please consult with our team on the shipping charges after placing your order.

 About Warranty: 

1. The items are imported and usually under warranty for 1 year. Please read manufacturer's warranty for complete details.

2. If the defect is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the item will be repaired free of charge and returned to you. The shipping charges-to and fro will be billed to you. These will be confirmed to you before the item is sent out.

3. Repairs usually take up to 3- 4 weeks but sometimes may take slightly longer depending upon part availability etc.

4. If the problem isn't covered by the manufacturer's warranty, or if the warranty has been voided (e.g., the item has been accidentally damaged), you'll be contacted with a repair estimate. You can decide whether to proceed with the repair at an additional cost, or have the item returned to you after payment of the shipping charges. Payment for such repairs, including applicable delivery charges, will have to be made in advance.
